These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of WebShop Lanka (Pvt) Ltd’s website.

By accessing this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use the website if you do not agree with all terms and conditions stated here.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of Sri Lanka.

Unless otherwise stated, WebShop Lanka (Pvt) Ltd and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on www.webshop.lk. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from https://www.webshop.lk for your own personal use subject to the restrictions below.

You must not:

• Republish material from https://www.webshop.lk
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from https://www.webshop.lk
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from https://www.webshop.lk
• Redistribute content from www.webshop.lk (unless content is specifically made for redistribution)

Unavailability of Product / Out of Stock

Inventory of products advertised on www.webshop.lk may not always be in stock. If an out-of-stock product is ordered and paid for (via payment gateway or bank transfer), the sole remedy is a refund of the amount paid.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt and details of your order (“Order Confirmation Email”). This email acknowledges receipt and that your order was passed for processing; it is not an acceptance of your offer to buy. Your offer is accepted only when the product is confirmed in stock and ready for delivery.

Delivery of Products

• Orders delivered beyond Colombo 1–15 and selected suburbs are sent via third-party couriers.
• Inspect products before acceptance. If damaged or parts are missing, inform the delivery person immediately and do not accept the product. Acceptance is deemed confirmation of good condition; returns/refunds will not be accepted thereafter.
• Typical delivery time is 2–7 business days; timelines may vary with courier partners. We are not liable for courier delays.
• Check for physical damage prior to signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). We are not liable for transit damage after POD is signed.
• For “Store Pick-Up”, collect within 1 week from the notified available date. Condition is not guaranteed after 1 week. Items uncollected after 1 month may be disposed of.

Warranty

Warranty details appear on each product page. Most products include Agent/Dealer warranty; specific terms are on the warranty card or smart warranty provided with the product.

• Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
• Claims are accepted within the warranty period only.
• Repairs outside the warranty period are chargeable to the customer.

Returns Policy

Refunds for change of mind are not accepted. If your product is malfunctioning or faulty, you may return it for an exchange.

If returning via courier, place the item securely in its original packaging with the purchase invoice and ship to:

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Use a traceable courier service.
• After receipt and inspection, allow at least 7 days to process your exchange/return.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Tempered Glass
• Phone Covers

For defective or damaged products, contact customer service to arrange a refund or exchange.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting updated terms on www.webshop.lk.
